1. From 0 to 1: How do I use Rendora? How are videos generated by Rendora?
Here’s the quickest way to create your 3D avatar video:
If you’re a new user, click '+ Create' in the top-right corner of the homepage. On the pop-up page, enter your text and click '3D Generate'. Wait a moment, and your 3D avatar video will be ready.
Once the video rendering is complete, you can use the right-side panel to change the character or scene. By clicking 'CamEdit' and 'Element' below, you can further adjust the camera angles or add effects to your video.
To get started quickly, click the 'How to Start' card on the homepage to access a series of one-minute tutorials designed for beginners.

2. I want to create a video but don’t have any ideas. What should I do?
It’s totally normal to feel stuck when starting a video project. In Rendora, we have prepared a wide array of tutorials and templates to help you quickly spark inspiration.
You can begin by visiting Rendora's 'Home' > 'Start With a template' and browsing the meticulously designed templates. These template videos feature various styles and themes, which might inspire your creativigty. Feel free to start from a template and gradually add your own ideas.
Additionally, under 'Home' - 'How to Start', you’ll find step-by-step guides on how to produce professional-level videos. With support from Rendora, you’ll definitely be able to create an impressive video!
3. How can I make a video about a topic that interests me?
Rendora is precisely the platform to help you produce AI-generated videos at low cost, high efficiency, and high quality, including those around the theme interests you. Our product offers powerful video generation features: highly customizable 3D avatar, a rich action library, realistic voice synthesis, and more—so you can freely create your video.
We already have plenty of template for xxx themes. You can go to 'Home' > 'Start With a Template' to explore these examples, get a feel for our production quality, and spark your creativity. 4. How can I create/add a new script by myself?
Method 1: Type freely in the text box
On the 'Generate' page, click the text box below to freely enter text or paste the script you copied into the text box. Click the "+" on the right to add multiple clips to add multiple script clips to your video.
Method 2: AI-generated script
You can click 'AI Script' on the left side of the 'Generate' interface under the 'Script' column. Then, enter your prompt in the text box, and click 'Send' and you will receive an exclusive AI script. You can continue to click on the various optimization buttons under the text to improve the quality of your script.
After confirming that there are no errors, click on 'Apply' on the right side of the script to automatically add the script to the designated clip.
Method 3: Upload your script from local
You can click on 'Upload' under the 'Script' bar on the left side of the ' Generate' interface. After uploading your desired script,
Click the '+' button on the right side of the script card to add it to the designated clip.
5. How do I upload my script?
You can select 'Script' on the left side of the 3D generation page, click 'Upload' below, and upload local doc, docx, and txt files to 'My Scripts'. Click on the script card to expand all copies, double-click on the script card to edit the script, click the save button to apply modifications, and click '+' to add the script to the fragment.
6. How can I edit the video script?
Method 1: Modify the copywriting script
You can click on your script under the 'Script' column on the left side of the 3D generation interface to expand the content.
Double-click on the fragment to enter the script editing state, where you can freely modify the script content. Press the space key to segment the script.
Press the Delete key at the beginning of the next fragment to merge script fragments. After you finish modifying the script, you can click Save.
Method 2: Modify the snippet area script
On the 3D generation page, click the script area below to freely enter text or paste the script you copied in the script text box. Click the plus sign on the right to add multiple clips to add multiple script clips to your video.
7. How can I automatically generate a video script using AI?
Free Mode: Enter the key points of the text to generate the script. After the script is generated, it appears in the 'generation result' window on the right. You can edit and save it to 'My' or directly turn it into a video clip by clicking 'Apply.'
8. How do I upload my materials?
You can upload materials in two ways:
• Bulk Upload: Go to the '3D Generate' page, click the 'Material' section on the left, and select 'Upload' to upload multiple materials to the library.
• Single Upload: Hover over a segment, then click 'Upload' to add material directly to that segment.
9. How do I edit the uploaded materials? How do I adjust the size and position of my uploaded material?
On the 'Generate' page, hover your mouse over the material segment below. When the pop-up card appears, click 'Edit' to access the Material Editing page, where you can select the material and adjust parameters such as speed, size, position, transparency, and more using the options on the right.
Additionally, you can use the toolbar below to freeze frame, split, or crop your material.
10. Do you support generating a video from an image?
There are two ways to turn an image into a video:
Method 1: [My Materials]
On the home page, click '+ Create' in the top-right corner. In the 'Generate' page, click 'Asset' on the left -> 'Upload' to upload an image. Click the “+” or drag it to the segment area. After editing the text, click '3D Generate' to produce your video.
Method 2: Uploading Material directly to the segment area
On the home page, click '+ Create'. In the 'Generate' page,click below to add a clip. Hover over the “Material segment,” and when the detailed info panel appears, click 'Upload' to add your image. After editing your text, click '3D Generate' to render your video.
11. How do I use PPT to create a video?
There are two ways to turn PowerPoint into video with Rendora:
Method 1: Upload the entire PowerPoint file
Go to the top-right corner of the homepage and click '+ Create'. After you enter the 'Generate' page, click the left-side menu 'Asset' > 'Upload' to upload the Powerpoint file. Click the plus '+' or drag it into the clip area, and you can import all Powerpoint pages into separate clips in one step. Once you finish editing the video text, click '3D Generate' to generate a video.
Method 2: Upload individual Powerpoint pages
Go to the top-right corner of the homepage and click '+ Create'. After you enter the 'Generate' page, click '+' at the bottom-right corner to add clips. Hover your mouse over a clip, and a details panel will pop up. Click 'Upload' to upload a single Powerpoint slide into that clip. After editing the video text, click '3D Generate' to generate the video.
12. How do I remove the original audio from the video?
In the 'Generate' interface, move the mouse over the material clip below, and the material details will pop up. Click the small speaker on the card to adjust the volume of the video material or mute it directly.
13. How do I adjust the avatar’s speaking speed?
You can adjust the speaking speed in the '3D Generate' module. Click the 'Performance style' button above the script editing box to set the avatar’s volume, speaking speed, and pitch.
14. How to add subtitles to your video?
Adding subtitles in Rendora is super easy! You won't need to add them manually. Once you finish editing your script in the text box and click '3D Generate', our AI will automatically generate accurate subtitles for your video. That way, you can focus on your content without worrying about subtitles. If you’d like to adjust the style, you can enter the 'Element' module to edit subtitles there.
15. Can I add my own audio files to the video?
After you click on '3D Generate' and preview the video in full.
You can select 'Music' - 'My' in the upper left corner of the 'Element' interface, click 'Upload' below, and after uploading, click the "+" in the lower right corner of the music to add it to the video.
16. How do I add dynamic effects to the video?
After you click on '3D Generate' and preview the video in full.
You can choose dynamic effects such as 'Text Templates' and 'Sticker' in the upper left corner of the 'Element' interface to enrich your video
17. How do I add an Intro and Outro to my video?
After clicking on '3D Generate' and previewing the video in its entirety, you can select the 'Intro' and 'Outro' modules in the upper left corner of the 'Element' interface, select the Intro and ending provided by the system or upload your own material, and then click the "+" button in the lower right corner of the material to add it to the video.
18. How do I export and download videos?
Once you’ve finished creating your video, simply click the "Export" button in the top-right corner of your screen.
In the pop-up window, fill in the relevant information, such as title, resolution, and whether to include subtitles. Exporting at 540P is faster and uses fewer credits, but isn’t high-definition—great for review or preview purposes. At 1080P, you get ultra-clear image quality while still using a moderate amount of credits, making it perfect for the final cut. If you need an even higher resolution, you can upgrade your account to unlock 2K and 4K exports. Finally, click “OK.”
Then, just wait patiently for the video to export successfully! Then select the video you want to download from "Home" - "My workspace" - "video".
Click the "Download" button in the upper left corner of the video cover to download it locally.
19. After I download a video, where can I find it?
The videos downloaded from Rendora are saved by default in your browser’s download folder. You can check your browser's download history to locate your video. Here's how to do it using Google Chrome as an example:
1. Click on the settings button in the top-right corner of the browser (usually represented by three dots).
2. In the menu, select Downloads to open the download history.
3. Find the video you downloaded in the download history.
20. How can I remove the watermark?
Only paid accounts (Starter, Team, Enterprise) can remove watermarks. If you’re on a Personal Trial plan, consider upgrading under 'Pricing'. Once upgraded, click 'Export' in the top-right corner. In the pop-up window, uncheck 'Add Watermark' to export a watermark-free video.
21. If I export the video with a transparent background, is it really transparent?
If you want to export a video with a transparent background, note the following:
1. On the 'Generate' page, under 'Studio', choose [Custom Background].
2. Provide text but do not upload any material. After '3D Generate', you’ll have a avatar-only video.
3. On the 'Export' page, pick either [mov] or [mkv] as the format.
Note: Both [mov] and [mkv] are professional video formats, which may not play smoothly in regular players. We recommend using professional editing software.
22. How do I preview the video?
You can click the '3D Generate' button to preview the scene.
23. How do I find the previously completed works?
You can view and download any previously exported Videos in 'Home' - 'My Workspace' - 'Video'.
24. Which languages are currently supported? How do I switch to another language?
Rendora currently supports Chinese and English, and has also added support for multiple languages (Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Thai, Filipino, Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese), as well as Cantonese dialect. Whether for international products, cross-border training, or global marketing, you’ll find it very convenient.

You can switch languages in two ways:
Method 1: Directly enter the script in your chosen language
• On the 'Generate' page, click the 'Language' button in the top-right corner of the text box and select your desired language.
• Enter your script, then click '3D Generate' to produce subtitles and voice in that language.
Method 2: Translate the script first, then change the language
• On the 'Generate' page, click the 'Translate' button in the top-right corner of the text box.
• In the pop-up editor, select your desired language in the top-left corner, then click 'Confirm' at the bottom-right to translate the entire script.
• Once the translation is complete, click the 'Language' button in the top-right corner, select the corresponding language, and click '3D Generate'.
