1.       Where can I recharge Rendora Credits?

After subscribing to the membership, you can make additional purchases of credits in the upper right corner of your profile picture - [Subscriptions Management]. The platform will gradually launch incentive activities for excellent works, where you can receive credits rewards. Please stay tuned!

2.       Can Rendora Credits be given as an extra bonus?

If you’re using the Personal Edition, you can purchase credits by clicking your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting “Subscription Management.” If you’re on the Personal Free Trial Edition, you cannot purchase credits separately and must upgrade your plan first. For Team Starter and Enterprise Edition users, please contact our sales department to purchase credits.

3.       Will my existing Rendora Credits be restored after renewal?

Hello, any Rendora credits included in your membership plan remain valid for the duration of that plan. Once the plan expires, those credits expire as well. However, credits purchased separately remain valid indefinitely and can be used when you renew or upgrade to a new plan.

4.       How do I see how many Rendora Credits remain in my plan?

You can check your remaining credits or purchase more on the bottom-left corner of the homepage. Alternatively, click your Profile in the top-right corner, then go to [Subscriptions Management] to view your remaining credits and purchase more if needed.

5.       Where can I check my credit usage record?

Hello, you can enter Rendora's homepage, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner, and enter the [Credit History] page to view and manage your credits.

If you are an administrator of Team Edition/Enterprise Edition, you can go to Rendora [Homepage], click profile Icon in the top right corner. Then, enter the "Team Management" page to view the details of each team member's credit usage.

6.       If I exceed the monthly Rendora Credits quota but won’t use enough to justify an annual plan, can I just buy extra Rendora Credits?

If you run out of Rendora credits while your membership plan is still active, you can purchase more. Go to [Profile] - [Subscriptions Management] in the top-right corner to buy additional credits based on your video-creation needs.
