1. What are the specific paid membership packages?

Pricing Plan

After you enter the Rendora AIGC 3D video creation platform, click Pricing > Compare Plans to view the package benefits of different members.

 

2. Is there a limit to the number of videos I can generate with the monthly paid plan?

There is no limit on the number of videos you can generate. However, once the valid currency in your account is exhausted, you will no longer be able to generate or export videos. You can subscribe to membership on the paid subscription page, or purchase more currency on the [Subscription Management] page to get more currency.

 

3. How long can the generated video be?

The duration of a single video varies depending on your current account version.

         The current maximum duration limit for the Free trial version is 3 minutes,

         The maximum duration limit for the starter version is 10 minutes,

         The maximum duration limit for the team version is 10 minutes.

For specific benefits, click Pricing> Compare Plans to view different membership benefits.

 

4. Can the video be published to TikTok and other platforms?

Paid users of Rendora (Starter, Team, Enterprise)  are allowed to promote their generated videos online. However, if you need to use the videos for commercial purposes, each edition’s package rights differ.

 

5. How long can a starter member produce a video?

Purchasing a monthly individual membership package will give you 2,400 words coins, which can conservatively produce a video of about 8 minutes.

6. What are the differences in storage space for different membership benefits?

Depending on the different benefits of your current account version, the size of the cloud storage space is also different.

7. When will my subscription renew?

Subscriptions automatically renew either monthly or yearly on the same date and time as your initial  purchase.


8. What should I do if I run out of my credit mid-month?

You can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional credits at any time.


9. What payment methods does Rendora accept?

You can pay for your plan using a debit or credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payments are processed via Airwallet, and available payment options for your region will be shown during checkout. Note that PayPal, wire transfer, and other payment methods are not currently supported.


10. How do I cancel my subscription

Your Rendora subscription, whether annual or monthly, will automatically renew unless canceled. To cancel your subscription, click your Profile in the top-right corner and select 'Subscriptions.' On the 'Subscriptions' page, click the '...' icon in the top-right corner and choose 'Unsubscribe.'

Once canceled, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.


11. What happens after I cancel my subscription?

After canceling, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your current plan until the end of your billing cycle, after which you'll be downgraded to the free plan.


12. What should I do if the payment was unsuccessful?

If your payment was unsuccessful, please try the following:

       Double-check your card information to ensure it's correct.

       Contact your issuing bank for further details.

       Try using a different card for payment.

13. How is my payment being processed?

Payments are processed securely through Airwallet, the same provider used by companies such as Shein, Qantas, and SHOPLINE.


14. Where can I check my credit usage record?

You can enter Rendora's homepage, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner, and enter the [Credit History] page to view and manage your credits.

Credit Hisory

If you are an administrator of Team Edition/Enterprise Edition, you can go to Rendora [Home], click profile Icon in the top right corner. Then, enter the "Team Management" page to view the details of each team member's credit usage.
