1. Creator Incentive Program Guidelines

To encourage users to create high-quality AI video templates and enhance the quality of the platform’s content ecosystem, we are launching the Creator Incentive Program. This program provides rewards in the form of credits and privileges to incentivize creators to actively participate in content creation and sharing.

Eligibility

All users (Starter or Team) who publish original AI video content on the platform and pass the review process.

1.1 Incentive Rules

  • Award Conditions: Once a creator’s video is published and approved as a template on the platform, 500 credits will be automatically awarded per video.
  • Validity: Credits earned through this program are valid for 30 days. Unused credits will automatically expire.

1.2 Credits Usage Rules

  • Reward Type & Validity: Credits earned through this program are considered activity-based rewards. Their validity period is calculated separately and does not sync with paid subscription credits.
  • Usage Priority: When credits are consumed, those with the earliest expiration date will be used first. For example:
    • If activity credits expire sooner than subscription credits, activity credits will be used first.
    • If subscription credits expire sooner than activity credits, subscription credits will be used first.

1.3 Program Requirements

  • Prohibited Actions: Activities such as fabricating traffic or manipulating usage data for templates will directly result in **disqualification from the program and revocation of paid template privileges**.

2. Intellectual Property Rights Statement

2.1 Content Ownership & Authorization

By publicly publishing video content ("Videos") on the Rendora Platform, you warrant that you either:

(a) Hold full ownership and intellectual property rights to the video; or
(b) Possess express legal authorization from the rights holder(s) with proper attribution to the original creator and source.

We shall incur no obligation to seek third-party consent or make additional payments when using videos in accordance with such terms. You shall accept sole liability for any infringement claims arising from unauthorized content and agree to indemnify Rendora against related legal consequences, and we will not assume any legal liability.

2.2 Content Responsibility

Your videos only reflect individual authors' perspectives and do not represent Rendora's views. You bear exclusive responsibility for ensuring content:

  • Complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintains factual accuracy and reliability
  • Does not contain prohibited or illegal content (including but not limited to violent, fraudulent, or privacy-violating content)
  • Does not infringe legitimate rights and interests of any third-party

Otherwise, you shall bear legal responsibility for any disputes arising therefrom or any direct, indirect, incidental and special damages arising therefrom. Rendora reserves the right to seek legal remedies if your content causes damage to the platform or harms its reputation.

2.3 License Grant

In order to promote the sharing and dissemination of creative content, you grant Rendora and its users a worldwide free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to:

  • Copy, reproduce, adapt, and create derivative videos
  • Distribute, translate, publish, display, performance
  • Promote through all media formats

We will maintain proper attribution to the original author where copyright ownership is declared.

2.4 For any videos you publicly post on the Rendora Platform, if they involve violence, pornography, vulgarity, fraud, infringement of others' privacy and rights and interests, advertisements and other illegal content or violations of the platform's policies and norms, we have the right to remove or delete any videos in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and policies of the platform. If other users or any third parties make claims (copyright infringement or other claims) about the videos you posted, and provide sufficient evidence, we have the right to take measures to remove, delete the video, suspend the use of your account, or notify you to correct it or directly negotiate with the third party to resolve it. We do not assume any legal responsibility for such measures.

2.5 Infringement Reporting

  • If you find that your legitimate rights and interests have been infringed during the use of the software, please contact us in time.

  • Valid report must include: legally valid supporting materials, such as identity certificate, ownership certificate, specific infringement description, etc.,

We will investigate properly and take appropriate action according to applicable laws.

3. Miscellaneous

  • Effective Date & Amendments: This guideline takes effect upon publication. The platform reserves the right to adjust rules based on operational needs, with 7 days’ prior notice on the official website.
  • Interpretation: The platform retains the final interpretation rights of this guideline.
