Welcome to our yoga class! Today, we're going to explore how to meditate. Meditation is a powerful tool that can help calm your mind, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. To begin,

find a comfortable seated position. You can sit cross-legged on the floor or on a chair with your feet flat.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now, let’s focus on our breath.

Inhale deeply, filling your lungs, and exhale slowly. As you breathe, notice how your body feels. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your attention back to your breath.

Another technique is visualization.

Imagine a peaceful place, like a serene beach or a quiet forest. Picture yourself there, feeling relaxed and at ease. Allow this imagery to fill your mind as you continue to breathe.

Remember, meditation is a practice. Start with just a few minutes each day, and gradually increase the time as you become more comfortable.
