Start with the classic ‘Hundred.’ Lie on your back, lift your legs to tabletop, and pump your arms up and down while breathing deeply. This energizes your body and strengthens your core.
Next, try the seated spine stretch. Sit tall, reach your arms forward, and lengthen your spine as you exhale. This improves posture and flexibility.
Finally, strengthen your legs with a side leg lift. Lie on your side, keep your core engaged, and lift your top leg slowly. Lower it with control and repeat.
