Welcome, everyone. Today, we’ll explore the basics of meditation – a simple yet powerful practice to calm the mind and connect with your inner self.
Start by finding a comfortable seated position. Sit tall, relax your shoulders, and gently close your eyes. Let your hands rest on your knees or in your lap.
Bring your attention to your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your chest rise. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension.
If your mind wanders, that’s okay. Gently guide your focus back to your breath. This is your time to let go and simply be.
Even just a few minutes of meditation each day can bring clarity and calm. Take this practice with you, and remember – peace begins within.
