First up, if your glasses won’t turn on, here’s what you can do:
Make sure they’re fully charged. Use the original charging cable for best results. Check if the LED indicator is lighting up — that’ll tell you if there’s power. Try holding the power button for about 5 seconds. If they’re still not powering up, no stress — just reach out to us for more help!
Next, why won't the bluetooth connect?
Make sure the glasses are in pairing mode, so they’re ready to connect. If that doesn’t work, forget the glasses on your phone’s Bluetooth list and try again. Toggle your phone’s Bluetooth off and back on, just to refresh things.
Lastly, what if the display looks off?
Start by gently cleaning the lenses with a microfiber cloth to get rid of any smudges. Avoid using wet wipes or harsh cleaners, as they could damage the lenses.
