Hello everyone! I’m Jaan, and today I’ll be presenting our company’s commercialization roadmap for the autonomous driving project.

Our mission is clear: to accelerate the regional adoption of autonomous driving. By doing so, we aim to enhance transportation efficiency, improve safety, and stimulate economic growth in local communities. This shift will revolutionize not only how we travel but also the very infrastructure of our cities. The impact is profound, and we are at the forefront of this exciting transformation.

Today’s presentation is divided into three main sections.

Let’s begin by asking: Why focus on autonomous driving? The answer lies in its transformative potential across multiple dimensions.

Autonomous driving addresses critical needs: Safety, with up to 80% fewer urban traffic fatalities; Efficiency, reducing congestion by 30%; and Economic Impact, creating 1 million jobs by 2030.

Additionally, costs are plummeting—LiDAR prices dropped from $75000 to $500, and AI advancements enable real-time processing.

Now, let’s explore our commercialization playbook—a roadmap to bring autonomous driving from labs to the real world.

We’ve identified key scenarios: Urban Mobility Hubs , Industrial Zones for logistics, and Rural/Suburban Areas for on-demand ride services to improve accessibility.

To sustain growth, we propose monetization models like tiered ride-hailing subscriptions, fleet management services, and selling anonymized traffic data to urban planners.

Success requires collaboration: Public-private partnerships for smart infrastructure, industry alliances, and support for local startups and research institutions.

However, despite the clear potential, there are significant barriers we must overcome.

Technically, we need upgraded infrastructure and 5G for V2X communications.

Policy-wise, it’s essential to harmonize regulations globally and implement sandbox programs to test AVs in real-world conditions.

Economically, cost reduction is key to making autonomous driving a viable option, and government incentives will be critical to driving adoption.
