Hostel Onboarding

Hi everyone, welcome to Greenhill University Hostel — your new home on campus. Let’s take a quick tour so you know what to expect.

We’ll cover a short intro, room types, shared areas, and some basic rules.

We’re located right on campus with over 300 students living here. There’s 24/7 security, regular cleaning, and maintenance support whenever you need it.

Now, when it comes to rooms, you’ve got a few options: If you prefer privacy, single rooms are a great choice. Double rooms give you a balance of space and community. And if you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, triple rooms are cozy and social. Each room comes with basic furniture, storage, and Wi-Fi.

Beyond your room, we’ve got plenty of shared spaces. There’s a quiet study lounge when you need to focus,

a rec room to unwind,

a clean shared kitchen,

and laundry facilities to keep things fresh.

To keep things running smoothly, here are a few simple rules: Keep your space clean, especially in shared areas. Quiet hours start at 10 PM so everyone can rest. Visitors need to be signed in at the front desk. And just a reminder — no smoking or drinking inside the hostel. These help keep our community safe and respectful for everyone.
