Staying hydrated is key!Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially in hot weather.
Take breaks in shaded areas, especially during peak sun hours, from 11am to 3pm,
Wear light, loose clothing to help your body stay cool,
and check the temperature before heading outdoors. Avoid strenuous activities during extreme heat.
Recognize the symptoms of heatstroke: dizziness, nausea, headaches, and confusion. If you or someone you know is experiencing these symptoms, call for medical help immediately.
Remember to drink plenty of water, take breaks in the shade, and pay attention to how you're feeling. Take care of yourself and stay safe out there!
