Hello and welcome to TechEase Solutions Customer Service! We're here to help answer any questions you might have. In this video, we will address some frequently asked questions to assist you quickly and efficiently.

To request a refund, log into your account, go to 'Order History', select the order you want to refund, and click the 'Request Refund' button. Fill out the reason for the refund and submit the request. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

To check your points, log into your account, go to 'My Account' page, and select 'My Points'. You will see your current points balance and history.

If your account is locked, click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team, and we will help you unlock your account.

To track your shipment, log into your account, go to 'Order History', and click on the Tracking button next to the relevant order. You will be able to see the current status and estimated delivery date.
